24-hour Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue.

The full service fee will be charged to you for missed appointments that are rescheduled or canceled less then 24 hours. We require 48 hours on gift certificates and treatment series appointments.
